Oregon state law limits recreational cannabis purchases to 1 ounce of flower (or equivalent) per person per transaction. You can order across multiple product types (flower + pre-rolls + concentrates + edibles) — our team will make sure your order stays within legal limits.

We deliver Tuesday through Saturday, 11AM to 7PM. Last orders are accepted 30 minutes before close. We don't deliver Sunday or Monday. Hours may vary on holidays — call ahead if you're unsure.

Typical delivery time is 45–90 minutes from when you place your order. During peak hours (4–7PM) it may be slightly longer. We'll give you an estimated arrival window when you call, and your driver will call again when they're on the way.

We can accommodate low-contact delivery preferences — let us know when you call. However, Oregon law requires in-person ID verification at every delivery, so your driver must confirm you're 21+ before handing off your order. We'll make it quick and respectful.

Any valid, government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth. Oregon driver's license, state ID, or passport all work. Expired IDs cannot be accepted — Oregon law. Have it ready when your driver arrives.

Yes. Oregon legalized recreational cannabis delivery statewide for licensed retailers. Cannabis On Time is a fully licensed OLCC recreational retailer (License: 050-1024773D324). All our products are from licensed Oregon producers, tested by OLCC-accredited labs, and delivered in full compliance with state regulations.

Yes — we deliver to residential addresses including apartments. For hotels: Oregon law prohibits cannabis consumption in hotel rooms (they're considered public spaces). We can deliver to a private residence at your destination. Call us to discuss your situation.

Cash and debit card (via CanPay or compatible debit system). We cannot accept credit cards — federal banking regulations prevent cannabis businesses from processing Visa/Mastercard transactions. Cash is always easiest and guarantees no friction at delivery. ATM access available nearby if needed.

Every product we sell comes from OLCC-licensed Oregon producers and has been tested by state-accredited labs for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials. Lab results are available for all products — ask when you call. We only carry products that pass Oregon's strict testing requirements.
